That being said, there are a few things in your control. Take care of the people and/or animals closest to you. Take time to be truly bored, take time for nothingness. Give thanks that despite it all, your body is here and your inner child is here and they are still your loyal companions. Do not close your heart to tragedy. Open it wider. Cry and sob and dance and feel.
